Brief we receive from Atom Hawk in our MA.
Create a town in a short future when Earth has suffered of a huge natural disaster and the sea levels have raised. This town would be surrounded by walls to hold the sea and the population would be divided in tow classes: the rich would be living in safe skyscrapers and the rest of the population in the "ghetto", the city all the time threatened by the sea.
